Embedded within UC Davis Health's innovation lab (CoLab), collaborating with health system IT and EPIC integration teams to deliver an EMR-integrated patient outreach platform powered by Twilio — from concept through soft launch across multiple clinics.

• EPIC + Twilio Integration — Partnered with the health system's IT department and its EPIC integration group to architect and deliver a Twilio-based patient outreach solution integrated directly into the EMR workflow.
• Clinical Soft Launch — Shepherded the platform through a successful soft launch across multiple clinics, coordinating across clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders.
• Mentorship & Operations — Mentored CoLab team members on operationalizing the intake of ideas, evaluating requests from outside vendors, and executing strategic operational initiatives.
• Director-Level Collaboration — Worked directly with the Director of CoLab to shape priorities, align projects with health system strategy, and drive innovation initiatives forward.
